Master the art of making incredible pizza in an outdoor, table top oven.

  • Saturday, June 29th 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Ballenger Farm, Hamilton, Virginia

  • Class includes a pizza party dinner, plus a glass of wine.

  • Recipes covered: sourdough pizza dough, hybrid yeast and sourdough pizza dough, roasted tomato sauce, simple tomato sauce and seasonal toppings preparation.

Never endure another lackluster slice of pizza at home again once you learn the tips and tricks for making mouthwatering pizza in an outdoor, table top oven. In this 4-hour, in person class, Jensen will introduce you to her trusted sourdough and yeasted dough recipes, and walk you step by step through the entire process from preparing the starter all the way to baking. This workshop is perfect for bakers of all skill levels.

Expect to walk away with a better understanding of how to ferment your dough, what to look for when pairing cheese and toppings, and how to get the best bake in an out door, table top oven. The workshop will culminate in pizza party, where you can practice stretching, topping and baking with Jensen’s guidance. Cheers!
